The following are the rules for the provision of this service.
In case of early arrival or late departure of the Guest, the payment for accommodation is calculated in the following order:
- Early check–in from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (subject to availability) - a fee of 50% of the room rate per night is charged;
- late check–out (by agreement with the Hotel administration) from 12:00 to 18:00 - a fee of 50% of the room rate per night is charged;
- late check-out (by agreement with the Hotel administration) after 18:00 hours to 24:00 hours – a fee of the room rate per night is charged.

How do I cancel my booking?Response:
You can cancel your reservation by calling +7 (495) 974-13-85 or by sending an email to nikonovka@redstar-hotels.ru . If you booked a room through the official website, there is a confirmation email at the email address provided at the time of booking, and you can also find a link to cancel your reservation there. If the booking was made on other websites, please contact customer support.

Is it allowed to smoke in the room or on the balcony? Are there designated smoking areas?Response:
We strictly comply with the requirements of the Federal Law "On Protecting Citizens' Health from exposure to Ambient Tobacco Smoke, the effects of tobacco consumption or consumption of nicotine-containing products" dated 02/23/2013 No. 15-FZ, therefore smoking in rooms, balconies, and public areas is prohibited. For your convenience, the smoking area is located next to the hotel entrance.
